Robotics solution by ASA Automation
This robot handling system by ASA Automation is a fully automated palletizing system. In this process cartons are being palletized in several layers in a transport-safe packing scheme by using a specially developed gripper technology.
The product is fed in by the Carryline conveyor system. The task to pick and place ist performed by a palletizing robot (M-410iC) from Fanuc. Finally, all fully packed pallets are transported by the pallet conveyor system to the pallet wrapper, where they are wrapped in film.
These Solutions made it possible to realize a cost-optimized pallet and product transport.
