Cells for measuring by ASA Automation
In the cells, developed and built by ASA Automation, basic bodies of products are measured very precisely by a measuring machine. The measuring machine has to be loaded manually. Therefore not only functional aspects play a role, but also the ergonomic design. The cell is accessible for manual loading at the the front through a door that folds up safely. This makes the entire front of the cell accessible to the operator. Corresponding to that, the machine is easy to access.
Measuring process controllable via touch screen
The measuring process is initiated via an externally mounted touch screen. The values, determined during the measurement, can be tracked via the display. Special attention was paid to the arrangement of the external controls to ensure a chic design and an ergonomic layout. This helps to negate possible operating errors due to the arrangement of the operating elements. All supply connections, as well as the control unit, are well protected but "invisible" on the back of the cell.
